Ninia Linero
Executive Director, Illinois and the Midwest
Ninia Linero serves as TechNet’s Executive Director, Illinois and the Midwest. Linero oversees TechNet’s state advocacy and political activities in Illinois, Indiana, Michigan, Minnesota, Ohio, and Wisconsin. Linero joined TechNet with a robust background in multi-state government affairs and strategic advocacy. Prior to her role at TechNet, she served as Senior Manager of State Government Relations for ACT | The App Association, where she led lobbying and grassroots campaigns across all 50 states on legislation affecting tech stakeholders and app developers. Linero serves on the Board of Directors for the State Government Affairs Council. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism, Advertising, and Media Studies from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, where she was recognized with awards from the Milwaukee Press Club.
