TechNet joined an amicus brief in Apple v. International Trade Commission (ITC) (Fed. Cir.), outlining the detrimental impact on American innovation if the ITC were allowed to diminish the domestic industry requirement for the ITC’s exclusion remedy.

TechNet joined an amicus brief in Texas v. Mayorkas (5th Cir.), outlining the negative effects on U.S. companies and the American economy if DACA is invalidated.

In addition to joining an amicus brief, TechNet separately urged the Supreme Court to uphold Section 230 as it considered Gonzalez v. Google.

TechNet successfully sued the federal government to halt a 2020 order suspending entry of certain nonimmigrant workers, securing a court order entitling TechNet’s member companies to continue visa applications under the previous rules.
