Washington, D.C. – TechNet, the national, bipartisan network of innovation economy CEOs and senior executives, filed an amicus brief alongside Computer & Communications Industry Association (CCIA), the Chamber of Progress, ACT | The App Association, Incompas, NetChoice, Connected Commerce Council, Consumer Technology Association (CTA), Developers Alliance, and Software and Information Industry Association (SIIA) in the Supreme Court in Duke Energy Carolinas v. NTE Carolinas, arguing that a Sherman Act antitrust violation cannot be made up entirely of independently lawful, procompetitive actions.
