Transforming Galaxy Watch into an intelligent health partner
Samsung announced major AI-powered updates to the Samsung Health app that make daily health management effortless by translating complex biometric data — from sleep to daily activity — into simple, actionable guidance. Features include Vitals, Daily Cardio Load, Heart Health Score, and Fitness Index. For example, when users wake up, the Vitals feature analyzes five key overnight bio-signals: heart rate, heart rate variability, respiratory rate, skin temperature, and blood oxygen.
