Washington, D.C. – TechNet, the national, bipartisan network of innovation economy CEOs and senior executives, joined an amicus brief in CCIA v. Paxton led by SIIA in support of CCIA’s emergency application to the U.S. Supreme Court seeking to set aside an appeals court ruling that allowed the Texas App Store Accountability Act to go into effect while the law is being challenged in the courts.
