Washington, D.C. – TechNet, the national, bipartisan network of innovation economy CEOs and senior executives, today announced the promotion of Meghan Pearce to Federal Policy Director. Pearce joined TechNet in 2020 as Federal Policy Coordinator and most recently served as Federal Policy Manager.

“Meghan is a leader with a track record of success since joining TechNet. She’s been a key part of our team advocating on issues around e-commerce, trade and supply chains, and the passage and implementation of the CHIPS and Science Act. We look forward to Meghan taking on more responsibilities and congratulate her on this well-deserved promotion,” said Linda Moore, President and CEO, TechNet.

Pearce oversees TechNet’s federal policies on trade, supply chains, e-commerce, tax, the startup ecosystem, financial technologies, diversity and inclusion, and racial justice.

She served as Legislative Correspondent to Senator Pat Toomey (R-PA), covering international trade, education, and the workforce, and Legislative Aide to Congressman Jim Renacci (R-OH). Previously, Pearce interned for U.S. Representative Susan Brooks (R-IN) as a Running Start/Walmart Congressional Fellow following her work on the successful Renacci for Congress campaign. She is a member of the Bretton Woods Committee, the Washington International Trade Association (WITA), and the Association for Women in International Trade (WIIT), where she serves on the technology and digital trade programming committee.
