TechNet Statement on Federal Court’s Ruling Setting Aside Departments of Labor and Homeland Security Rules

Washington, D.C. — TechNet President and CEO Linda Moore made the following statement regarding a federal court for the Northern District of California ruling setting aside Department of Labor and Department of Homeland Security rules on high-skilled worker visas. Earlier this year, TechNet, among others, submitted an amicus brief in the lawsuit led by the U.S. Chamber of Commerce and National Association of Manufacturers challenging new H-1B and other work visa rules from the Department of Homeland Security and Department of Labor.
