Boston, M.A. — TechNet, the national, bipartisan network of tech CEOs and senior executives, today released the following statement from TechNet Executive Director, Massachusetts and the Northeast, Chris Gilrein on the Massachusetts state ballot initiative to adjust the state personal income tax.

“TechNet member companies choose to locate and expand in Massachusetts because of the Commonwealth’s nation-leading talent and technological infrastructure. We believe that the ballot initiative, if passed, could jeopardize Massachusetts’ capacity to make smart investments in education, infrastructure, and innovation like those outlined in the Mass Leads Act that create high-paying jobs and ensure the Commonwealth remains a leader in innovation and technology.”
