Washington, D.C. — TechNet, the national, bipartisan network of tech CEOs and senior executives, today issued the following statement from President and CEO Linda Moore on the introduction of the Frontier Risk Oversight, National Transparency, Independent Evaluation, and Reporting (FRONTIER) Act, new legislation authored by U.S. Representatives Jay Obernolte (R-CA) and Lori Trahan (D-MA) to establish a national framework for evaluating potential security risks of artificial intelligence (AI) models.
